Es werden eine Methode zur papierchromatographischen Trennung der Hauptalkaloide von
Chelidonium majus – Chelidonin, Chelerythrin, Sanguinarin, Protopin, Allokryptopin, Berberin – beschrieben
und deren Rf–Werte mitgeteilt.
Summary
A method is described for the separation by means of paper chromatography of the main
alkaloids of Chelidonium majus (chelidonine, chelerythrine, homo–chelidone, oxychelidonine, methoxychelidonine, sanguinarine,
protopine, alpha–allocryptopine, beta–allocryptopine, berberine, coptisine, stylopine,
sparteine, chelirubine and chelilutine) and their Rf–values are determined.
